I was about to live at the University House starting August but due to current circumstances (global pandemic) I had to go back to Ukraine (the country I lived in before coming to 💛 UCF).
My friend with whom I signed the lease is already there, she moved in and already settled. She’s a very funny and friendly 👩 girl so you won’t have any roommate problems with her.
Those apartments are very nice, furnished, and all the utilities are included in the rent. Moreover, they’re just across the street from the 💛 UCF’s main campus. Additional payments only include the covered parking which is $ per month but you may not even need it.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
