My roommate and I were on a waiting list for this unit and finally got it but will not be attending 💛 UCF this coming year. We signed for $ each for rooms A and B, which is $/month cheaper than the current rate offered. You can sign for one room or if you have a friend you can take both. Top floor by the 🏊 pool is a hot commodity @ UHouse for obvious reasons. I have not met the other two roommates because I never moved in, but management is very good at roommate placement.
Apartment is fully furnished, rent includes capless utilities, wifi, trash removal, flatscreen 📺 tv in living room, washer and dryer in unit, 🚶 walk-in closets, 🏊 pool view balcony, -hour gym, basketball court, volleyball court.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
