I’m looking to sublease my apartment at University House because I won’t be doing any of the summer terms at 💛 UCF this year. I currently live in the A unit, which is amazing for you because it’s actually bigger than the other rooms for the same price! In the apartment, there is a common kitchen, living room, and laundry area. All of these have high quality appliances included (e.g. 📺 tv, ☢ microwave, oven, washer, dryer, etc.) for your convenience. University House is also really conveniently located, less than a 5 minute drive from campus! The A unit has a personal bathroom (with a tub), spacious 🚶 walk-in closet, and nice bedroom area with a small window for light. There is a lot of space in this room! :) Further, parking (inside the garage and outside) is included in the price of rent. Some of the items included with my bedroom are:
- desk
- chair
- bed frame
- mattress
- side table (for bed)
- 4 stackable cabinets for clothes/items
