I am subleasing my UH 1x1 in a 4x4 ASAP. The month of June is already paid for and July will be $. You have the option to extend my lease as well (which I am trying to sublease too). It&#;s an ALL 👩 girl townhouse. From August -July , the rent will go up to $ ($ extra for parking). This complex includes all amenities uncapped and wonderful selections for all its residents (🏊 pool, gym, events, etc.). I wish I could stay, but unfortunately, I am moving back home to SC.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
