My 👩 daughter needs to leave 💛 UCF for medical reasons. This is a two story townhouse unit at University House. Each bedroom has it&#;s own full bathroom and large closet. The unit has a washer and dryer. There is also a parking garage. Furniture is included.The price includes all utilities and wifi. Her unit is upstairs in the townhouse. The two 👩 girls downstairs are sophomores and very nice 👩 girls. The other upstairs unit is also available at this ⌚time if you are looking to move into a place with a friend. The complex has a beautiful 🏊 pool, great gym, study rooms. Its 5 minutes from campus and there is a 🚍 bus 🚍 shuttle that goes to campus from the complex.
