My room is one of the larger rooms (as shown in the picture) and has its own bathroom. I&#;m graduating and can have the room ready ASAP or by January 1st (to make it an even 7 month lease). The sublease would be January (whenever is good for you) till July st. I pay $ to make the rent $ for you I will pay $ every month for rent or give you $ CASH when you sign the lease. I currently don’t live at Uhouse anymore and am looking to sublease the place ASAP (hence the major drop in price).. This will include parking which is usually $ to park in the garage. This also includes utilities with no cap.
