We are paying a month for an empty room so I am giving it up for a low price of dollars!! Everything is included. It is furnished, it&#;s got cable, a really nice and 🎇cleanroommate, resort-style 🏊 pool, hour coffee bar, gym, clubhouse, covered parking, tons of guest parking, bottom floor, outside porch with its own door, larger of the two bathrooms .. It&#;s a really great place. I have tried to rent it before at a lesser price but I got no takers. This is the last chance to get an above-average apartment for a below-average price.
Fully 🌉 gated community .. fountains in the 🏊 pool, awesome clubhouse and your friends are allowed, too. Free stuff all over, freeevents, cookouts, 🎥 movie nights -- friends can come to those as well. 🏊 pool table, game room, study room, free printing .. So much stuff for the ❤️lovely low price of bucks from now until July st!!
HELP ME. I have to pay for an empty room. Please move in!! :) If you want to call The Verge office, tell them it&#;s for Lisa Hooper&#;s room and I am making this deal. They know we are desperate. :) It all still goes through the office but since you go through us, you get OUR rate not theirs (which is now over dollars a month for a two/two).
Super close to campus can 🚶 walk it in minutes. 🚌 shuttle takes five minutes and 🚌 shuttles come every minutes. Unit is close to a 🚌 shuttlestop. They also have a hammock park at The Verge and basketball courts (pretty sure about that) if that interests you.
