Mar 2018: This place is a gem. Tucked rignt in a hub of shopping, restaurants, and transportation, the Rexford offers a quiet haven. The apartments are newly refurbished, modern and comfortable. The floor plans offer a number of nice choices with relaxing balconies. The inner commons/pond is a great place for a stroll or pet walk. The leasing office staff are friendly, professional, and responsive to any issues. And the maintenance team is quick and efficient. In short, they take care of their tenants! Neighbors are diverse and tend to be more courteous and friendly than most! Probably around once a month, staff hosts special social events in the lobby and pool area, food and drinks and all! And the lobby and pool area are both luxurious and well maintained. We shopped around the area before selecting Rexford more than a year ago, and we're still convin Review from Google
Mar 2018: I really like this apartment. My favorite thing about it is the split floor plan for the 2 bedroom floors. It’s great when having guests over and they have their own bathroom and have a living room between their bedroom and ours. The walk in closets are probable the best feature along with the new appliances, washer dryer, hardwood floors and high ceilings ( 3rd floor). I like the common area with pool, volleyball net and gym. It’s only a walk across the street to Jeremiah’s and all of Waterford lakes town center which is nice! The price is kinda high and when we first got here there was a ton of duck and poop but they seemed to fix that recently there’s less now. We’ve had to call maintenance once for a stove light we actually used an app and they responded pretty quickly. For me as a resident. I am living in this community since May 2017. The reason that I am saying this because as I know there is one of the famous proverb in another culture says "What you feel is the same as what you will see". Therefore, starting from the management office where the lovely and the respectful people are, to the kindness maintenance staff, to other things such as the swimming pool, business office and to the cleanly and well organize community is simply where you should move to and live in. Jun 2017: It's a great feeling waking up in beautiful apartments with a nice pool and a gym we can enjoy at the right price. I'm very happy in the area we're located with shopping plazas, food shops, bars, etc all around. Plus the staff is very nice very knowledgeable and very easy going I couldn't ask for more if you want to enjoy your life the Rexford is where to go. From my bedroom, to the bathroom, and my kitchen! The staff doesn't really seem to care to take care of the problem. I had to write an email to the association to finally get some sort of response from them. They never answer there phones in the office!!! So I have roaches everywhere all the time and the manager has the nerve to tell me its because I don't wash my dishes, mind you, I have only been here for about 10 days and they were there the second I walked into my apartment!

I have heard a lot of great things about The Rexford at Waterford Lakes so I went to check it out. I was MORE than impressed! As silly as it sounds, my favorite thing with this community is the Pet Spa! Oh my goodness! My dog is a pain to bathe and living here with access to that would make life so much easier! The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and very well kept. The fitness center is amazing as well!

Management was amazing every time I walked into the office, always happily greeting me and attentive. Never had a problem with too much noise, which I feared I would have since they're apartments, really surprised about that. Maintenance was super friendly and thankfully spoke Spanish, if I ever decide to live near Waterford again would definitely try to move to Rexford! I'll miss everyone there!

Extremely helpful and kind, always willing to listen to anything I needed. Maintenance was always around, willing to help, keeping grounds clean. Would put a work order in and usually get whatever I needed fixed by the end of the day! Really going to miss everyone, they helped me out even in the process of moving out. Thank you to everyone at Rexford, I'll miss you!

The tenants that lived above me were completely rude and LOUD to the point where I could not sleep through the night. No matter how many times we called the police or complained nothing was done. My truck was keyed causing 2,500$ in damage. They lost one of my packages and then told me sorry nothing they could do. Forgot about our move in day and didn't even have my apt completed. Had to suck it up for the entire year. Terrible experience.

Well here it is at Cypress Lake, We have been here for almost 10 yrs. an plan to do so for another 10 yrs. were very happy with the new corporation taken over by Lincoln Properties.GREAT JOB GUYS. Improvents are being made to the apartments and for our Safety as well.The office, and maintence staff are so complying to our needs, they can't do enough for us. so come ck.it out.
Review from 4/1/2015 on Apartment RatingsMar 2015: I have lived here for a while now and watched the place literally just become discarded. Now there is new management and slowly but surely they are turning this place around. In just 3 months there is new bright lights on the buildings at night, there is a new maintenance person that cleans the hallways and clears the sidewalks, the tennis courts are redone and looks like a professional court, now the dog park is getting remodeled. Things are looking up and we cant wait to be a part of it and see what comes next
