The summer house is a 6 by 6.5 house thats 🚶 walking distance from the lobby, there is a 🚍 shuttle, a huge 🏊 pool, and great gym in the lobby. 2 of my friends are moving out. Due to this the majority of ppl living here are 👨 male and I reccomend a 👨 male for pickup, if you have friends you&#;d like to room with text me that and you might be able to pick up all three of our leases.
