Hi I’m looking to sublease my apartment at the quad it’s an all 👩 female 4/4 the move in would be in august . The rent includes all utilities the quad is a really nice complex it has a basketball court / volleyball there’s a gym and a 🏊 pool and there are activities all week if you are interested in that my current roommates are super nice and stay to themselves .
