The quad is a very nice place to live it has a gym, 🏊 pool area, 🕶️ tanning bed, volleyball court as well as a basketball court. It is a townhome so it a two-story house. The townhouse makes it feel like you are at home. The bedroom is located upstairs and you have your own bathroom in your room. Your utilities are included in the rent price as well as your parking pass and wifi. Currently there are 3 other roommates living there all are very nice and go to 💛 UCF. One has a cat and another one has a dog. They are 🐕 pet friendly. Please contact me if you are interested in subleasing my room.
