Starting August 1st, rent will be $. FULLY FURNISHEDprivate room, three other rooms in the unit and two bathrooms. Has a full kitchen, washer, and dryer.
I am willing to pay your FULL August rent as a courtesy.Once the paperwork is done you can move in :)
If you only need a lease for the fall semester, we can do that too! And I will still pay August&#;s rent!!!!
Located at The Pointe at Central, which has great amenities like a gym, 🏊 pool, business center and a 🚍 shuttle to campus. To be clear, you must be at least a part ⌚time student to live at the pointe and to live in the apartment must be a 👩 female!
