I am looking for someone to take over my lease that I had previously signed for the entire upcoming school year (Fall - Spring ). This is a 4/2 unit with all utilitiesincluded, and many great amenities (🏊 pool, gym, computer room, events, etc.). The apartment is fully furnished and has a 🚌 shuttle that runs daily to and from 💛 UCF.
*The Pointe at Central is currently sold out for apartments for this upcoming school year, and this rate is cheaper than what they were charging before they sold out!
*I have 3 rooms available because myself and two roommates are all looking to get our leases resigned. We can no longer move to Orlando in the fall and need to find people to take our leases!
