Because I have to go back to my hometown over the the summer, I am reletting my room, with a bathroom, at the Marquee with a move-in date starting at the beginning of May with the lease ending in July st. There is an option to renew the lease for the next year. Roommates are all 👨 male, one having a cat who stays in his room, and are respectful. The price of rent is normally $ but I will pay the new tenant $ in cash, bringing the cost to $ per month for the three month duration.
