I am subleasing the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom house duplex located 5 min from 💛 UCF. It would be $ per month plus about $-$ for utilities. The neighborhood is called Sherwood Forest and is located right behind University House student complex. The home is right next to Walgreens on Alafaya trail. This lease ends on July st . You may be able to renew for another year. First and last months rent is required at move in so $ total would be due on March 1st. This amount covers your March and July rent.
You would have your own private bathroom in a spacious master bedroom with large closet space. There is a cozy living room space and we have a backyard with a bonfire pit. 👩 girls are preferred but 👨 boys can be considered.
Two other really chill roommates are already living in the house. There will be a dog and a cat already living in the house and they are super friendly. no other 🐕 pets please!
Move in would be for March 1st.
