The rent includes cable, washer/dryer, 🌊 water, pest, and trash. I have accounts already setup for 💡electric and internet that are separate. There is an application/new roommate non-refundable fee ($) required from the leasing office. If you make less than 3x the rent, there would need to be a security deposit. The lease is until the end of June.
