Mar 2017: Incredibly friendly staff willing to help in any situation. We recently visited a friend living in this complex (we're from out of state) and it is beautifully maintained, love the water fountain and pool. We have a big truck and they went out of their way to make sure we would be able to park safely and out of the way of traffic. Such a friendly caring neighborhood, we especially loved that it's dog friendly! Review from 3/19/17 on Google
Mar 2017: This is the worst place to rent from ever!!! They are crooks will overcharge you and the system is designed to ensure you pay a late fee. the staff is very shady and I would definitely beware of renting here unless you like to waste money and live in a place where the maintenance and the community due to the staff is horrible. Review from 3/10/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I love this neighborhood. My wife and I are both young professionals, and we feel very comfortable here. We will only be living here for one lease term because I have to move for residency. Otherwise, I would renew. There's always children playing around the lake, and this is the first sign that this is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood. Both of their maintenance guys are super professional and helpful. There was one day that my wife got stuck in our garage and the guy helped drive the car out for her. Review from 3/2/17 on Google
Oct 2016: I see a lot of negative comments regarding Promenade at Aloma, and I must say I disagree with the majority of them. I've been residing here for about 6 months now. From day one Office staff has been very pleasant and honest with fees that will occur on the bill such as water, trash, and cable. Skylar, the property manager has implemented so many new ideas and actually goes through with it. For instance new parking decals and parking enforcement, yes parking is limited in some part of the community this is why this was implemented so resident get first come in parking, any visitors parked in resident parking will get towed. Second, enforcing pool hours after complaints of loud music and improperly behavior in the pool area so residents can get a goodnight sleep. Review from 10/7/16 on Google
May 2016: Overall good experience. Nice unit, nice landscaping, friendly staff, Nice appliance. So far so good. Been living here 2 weeks now. Only thing I would suggest is a courtesy officer to control pool traffic for non resident and enforce parking rules. Review from 5/16/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: I like this place, but is very important check our parking because many times we don't found parking, specially when we come late at night. My experience at this place are good, is very accessible and we have many places near to go in short time. Review from 5/14/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: Very happy living in this comunity , the area is always clean and care, the personal in the office is very freindly thanks for the service that we received when we had problems if is possible arrenge the splinkers because sometimes the main entrance is wet when thay are working thnaks. Jan 2016: Two friends and I leased a 3 bedroom unit about a year ago; our lease is up soon. We absolutely loved Equity Residential and the office staff. Angel and Paul were their best people and I just gushed about living here. Unfortunately, all good things can't last and BH Management took over. The moment they started their take over, it wasn't good. They had people hammering on the side of our building replacing stucco at 7am without giving residents notice. When asked about the lack of notice I was told that everyone got papers on their doors the day before at 9am. Your office doesn't open until 10am and I leave my house at 10:15am and there were no papers on any door of my building; ground or door. Review from 1/10/16 on Apartment Ratings

Nov 2015: The Apartments here are very clean and very quiet. Only issues would be lack of parking after around 9pm and old appliances such as a very old rusted water heater. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the grounds are kept up very well. Very impressed by how quiet this place is, even at 1am on a weekend night etc. Review from 11/18/15 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: We move to this community on September 2015, and the experience that we have as of today, are excellent. The office staff and the maintenance people, are responsiveness to each one of our requests. The renovation of the facilities are good. Review from 11/10/15 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: Better nighttime security. Keep Tennis courts for Residents only, Too many non-resident cars parked in area at night. Use Lawn Sprinklers more often. The Apartment Mgr. is the best, very pleasant and always willing to listen to our complaints! Review from 7/22/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2015: BE WARNED: THEY ARE PRONE TO MAKE MISTAKES ON YOUR LEASE AND THEY BLAME THE MISTAKE ON YOU! I am currently a resident and this place has just gone down hill from day one. From moving in with wet paint and no warning, to having the water shut off multiple times a week, sometimes for 8+ hours. Today, I was informed that I have to pay $500 for a pet fee, plus have my rent raised. From the beginning, I told the office leasing agent that we have a pet. It was confirmed. I guess it wasn't on the lease so now after months of living here, we got a short notice to fork out the cash. Review from 3/17/2015 on Apartment Ratings
