May 2017: The only competent people are XXXX through leasing and XXXX through maintenance. If it weren't for them I probably would have broken my lease a while ago. Although the units are beautiful and they are pet friendly, that's where it is ends. Overpriced, fees every month, nothing is ever fixed in a timely manner. My AC freezes over every other week and there's been a step missing on the stairs up to my third floor apartment since I've moved in.

May 2017: If you're considering living here, run. Run far, far away from this place. Once you sign your lease they'll completely stop caring about you.
The general state of my apartment is laughable, but the leasing office has never seemed to care. We have leaks in our roof on a constant basis, and nothing has been done about it. When we place a maintenance call, they'll sometimes take days before sending someone out to do something about it. But it's never a permanent fix; no, it's always a band-aid. The leaks always come back.

Dec 2016: Recently the community got new management and it has been very disorganized. They provide a very short time frame for information they are requesting and its difficult to get a response from the office.

Our patio is caked in mold since day 1 yet they won't even acknowledge it. Since we have moved on our dishwasher has broken our stove and fridge too. Both bathrooms have had leaks. The parking situation is atrocious. Now there is a leak for the 2nd time. They say they are fixing it but it's by 5 days now there's a whole in our ceiling and it leaks every time they take a shower.

Shooting... car robberies... ask the Sheriffs dept. Due diligence. Hired thugs for security and apt staff has had mugshots.

Female officer from Security 88 shows up. Turning her back on an unknown suspect in an altercation I was privy to witnessing. I asked her if she was alright as an aggressive young male chased her. She said nothing then ran so I asked the pursuant "Is there a problem " , his response was running to his vehicle. Good job security. ... in response to this you put a lone officer in danger. GREAT JOB! Glad to help, protect "security."

Jun 2015: don't move here. The apartments are nice, but the people running the place are IDIOTS BY CHOICE. Ever feel like you're talking to people who don't care about your problem? You can't ever get a straight answer with these people. They treat their tenants like their problems are unreasonable.
I ask them for my gate code. They say there's no way to check. I say why not? Oh nobody has a gate code it always changes because people move in and move out. So every person who comes to visit me has to look me up in the directory call me and then have me let them in.

If you do not and they don't know and they can't help you.Jun 2014: There is not enough guest parking spaces and they do tow. Maybe they can also issue temporary guest decal and a date range. The staff is very nice and professional and try their best to help. Maintenance is polite also.
