It is the Lotus 1x1 style apartment which is the larger 1x1 they offer. We are lake front. We are flexible on move in date at aug 1 is just the start of the new lease so if you need a little bit earlier or later that is possible. The rent includes 🌊 water, sewer, valet trash, and pest control. App fee is $, (we will reimburse you $ if you pass everything and are selected) based on your credit check the deposit may be more than what we have on the apartment we are willing to transfer the $ deposit to you however you would need to cover difference if they determine deposit is higher. There is a $ water/sewer turn on fee which we are willing to cover as well. You would be responsible for setting up your own 💡electricity with Duke and internet with which provider you prefer they allow Comcast, Verizon, and Dish I believe. Pictures are from the Phoenix website so the placement of window in bedroom is not there for the apartment there is only sliding glass doors in bedroom but otherwise everything else is the same.
