Feb 2018: I've always had a great experience at Parke East. The staff are super friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Great location and they recently upgraded the units too. I highly recommend as a place to live! Review from Google
Feb 2018: They have a Great staff and service, the office always has refreshments and residents have free access to computers, internet, and the printer for free, during hours. Feb 2018: This is apt complex is very nice place to live very quite at night and has a clean area for children to play. Personally I walk every night with my dog no worries to do it by myself. Friendly staff make the difference at work place .God job guys ! Review from Google
Nov 2017: Want to be kept up at 9:30pm when you been in bed by 8:30 because some how they find it ok to work on a recent empty apartment (your neighbor) drilling nails, hammering, etc. Well this is the perfect place for you!! Your fridge will leak the first few days, and in the summer if you’re lucky enough your AC will mess up and it will take maintenance TWO MONTHS to fix because “they care so muchâ€..... I’ve had downstairs neighbors move in and out as fast as a month (I’ve had about 4 different neighbors below) and I’ve only lived here for 10months so far. Maintenance is TERRIBLE they take forever to get you taken care of, there’s never parking around your own building after 8pm. -Your AC will be broken basically the entire time you live here and despite several complaints, will never be fixed. Nothing like sweating in the comfort of your own home!
-Your car will be broken in to and rummaged through!
-Your downstairs neighbors will sell drugs to all the random cars that park in front of your apartment throughout the night.
-You will hear every word, footstep, laugh, fart, and cry from your neighbors below or above you. I could even hear mine snoring at night!
-The “car wash†will be broken and never fixed the entirety of your stay. You’ll find out when it eats your quarters and doesn’t return them.
This place has a horrible review for a reason. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. My A/C has been damaged for about six months now and after reporting this issue countless times, I got two A/C units that go INSIDE our bedrooms (see image) while they "fix" the main A/C unit. As it turns out, one of the A/C units was removed WITHOUT consent and left us with a sweltering apartment. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Jun 2017: Do not rent from here ...We had a water heater leak and ruined my flooring and they want us to remove all our belongings so they can replace the cheap vinyl wood flooring at our cost. The new community Manager Mary E Worthy is nasty , doesn't care about good tenents we have been here for 2 yrs.we will not renew our lease. Worst apartment to live in .I live downstairs I can here everything upstairs even when there having sex.they fight......management sucks..to expensive for horrible apartments.

Apr 2017: The list of issues with Parke East is too long. I originally moved into a first floor unit. We could hear every footstep the upstairs neighbor made. That is not an exaggeration. It sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. We demanded to move to a top floor unit thinking there was just something wrong with the building. No, this place is so poorly constructed you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do-talking, showering, watching TV, etc. After bothering them enough, we are now on the second floor. The floor creaks and dents with every step we take, and we are not heavy people. Our downstairs neighbor said they've always had issues with hearing upstairs.

I had a very short amount of time to find a place and this one was available in my price range and time frame. The office staff was decent (theres only so much I expect from complexes like these). Part of why I chose this place is there was a nice pool, 24/7 security (or so I was told, but never saw this mysterious security), and a 24/7 gym. The day we moved in, my roommate and I noticed the fridge was leaking. This is a problem we addressed 5 times but never got fixed.

Jan 2017: Overall the management does not seem to really care about their tenants and fixing things on time. The workout room is only open during business hours. The two poles are great however they're only open during business hours as well. Positive things are pets are allowed generally speaking the community is nice.

This place is not a bad area to live in, but it has its moments of drama. Overall I would recommend it if you are looking for a decent price.

Oct 2016: Do you want to know every intimate detail of your neighbors life? Do you want to know when they walk, shower, do laundry, sleep, laugh, and watch tv? Do you want to pay a lot of money for old apartments with no sound insulation? Do you want to lie awake in bed at night because your neighbor decides to do laundry at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night? If you want to live at the mercy of your neighbors ,then Parke East is just the place for you.

Oct 2015: I recently relocated to Orlando and moved into Park East and everything has been wonderful. This property has the biggest square footage for the money and that has been a very nice upgrade for me.
