I am looking for a 👩 girl to take over my lease at Orion on Orpington. Rent + utilities is $. The sublease starts May 1st and runs through July but you have the option to renew and stay for another year. This is perfect timing for someone transferring to 💛 UCF for the Summer or starting Summer A classes.
The bedroom has a large 🚶 walk-in closet and a private bathroom. All of my roommates are 👩 female, and we all have jobs/internships and go to 💛 UCF so it says pretty quiet. The bedroom and living room come fully furnished, and all new appliances, counters, and floors were put in last fall. The washer and dryer are in the apartment. There is a smart 📺 tv in the living room.
The apartment complex is in a great location near 💛 UCF and Valencia East with a 🚍 shuttle to 💛 UCF’s campus. There is a clubhouse with free computers, printing, a gym, a 🏊 pool, and a basketball court. The apartment is pet-friendly (with a 🐕 pet fee).
This is a great place, I am only leaving because I am graduating. Go Knights!
