Hello! Due to some unexpected family circumstances, I can not move to Florida when I planned to so I have a room leased for August - . With a co-signer, I had no deposit but with no co-signer, it has a $1, security deposit according to the community’s website. I did not assign any roommates so the property will most likely choose them as well as which room you get as the room is still TBD. It is in a 3 bedroom upgraded unit. It has its own bathroom, a large closet, and is furnished. The unit has a washer and dryer. Cable is also included. All utilities except for 💡electricity are included in the monthly rent. It has a communal kitchen and living room (which is also furnished). The complex has a a fitness center and a 🏊 pool. It is 🐕 pet friendly, and can be added to the lease. It is 5 minutes from the University of Florida and 5 miles from a shopping center with over stores.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
