The room is Room C which comes with the largest closet space as well as the largest bathroom space. The 3x3 unit comes with its own living room, kitchen, and laundry unit. It is also on the first floor and the building is only a -minute 🚶 walk from the leasing office, which has its own 🚍 bus loop where 🚍 shuttles pass by occasionally to take students to 💛 UCF Main Campus. The housing community itself is only minutes away from Main Campus.
GUARANTORS OR PROOF OF WORK IS NEEDED FOR SUBLEASING PROCESS. The subleasing fee will be covered and rent comes with all utilities such as 🌊 water and 💡electricityincluded. In regards to rent cost, my price range is $-$ to anyone who is interested in taking my room.
