I&#;m looking for a 👩 female to sublease my apartment for the spring semester. You will be able to move in January 2, . I live in a 3x3 and my bedroom is is the farthest from the rest of the rooms. Both 👩 femaleroommates are very 🎇clean and very quiet. Super friendly and they have great communication. I live in the "Upgraded" floor plan so that means that all the floors are wood, there are new kitchen appliances, such as ⛄ refrigerator, stove, and ☢ microwave. I live on the 3rd floor so noise is not an issue and we have quiet neighbors. Right now 3x3 is running for $ but you can have this lease for $ a month! There is a 🚍 shuttle system in the front of the office that will take you to and from campus. Campus is about a min drive. I will pay for any application fees and processing fees so all that you would have to be concerned with is first months rent :).
