I am subleasing this apartment due to having to move back home.
This apartment truly comes with everything. Each room has its own private bathroom and each closet is a 🚶 walk in. All amenities are included in the price, which includes: 🌊 water,💡electricity, and wifi. There is a built in washer and dryer in each apartment and it also comes with a full ⛄ fridge and dishwasher. Each room is equipped with a queen size bed and a desk and the living room includes a couch, coffee table, and a 📺 tv. The apartment has many great aspects outside of the room itself and this includes a 🏊 pool, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and a zen garden. Parking is an extra $ each month, but the garages are secured with a 🌉 gate. Usually, monthly rent is $ plus the parking fee, but I did apply early and got $ off each month for my rent. If you do decide to take over the apartment, the lease rules will still apply to you so you will get the same deal I did. You will only have to pay $ a month.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
