Jun 2018: I just moved in a week ago and I couldn’t be happier with this property. Melissa was very professional and made my move in process hassle-free. Maria was extremely polite with an amazing personality. These ladies worked so hard to get my unit perfect before my move in. The lake view is a delight and the location is convenient. Jun 2018: I have read some of these review and decide to just go into this property to tour, I was received in a kind manner and was taken to a tour. I actually decide to ask for Maria, she explain everything I asked in a formal way, she seem know what she is talking about. I decide to asked question I knew that could not be answered and she replied correctly. I slightly shopped her. Now about very other property review yes property look a bit rough but it is under construction and beside all very well kept up with. I have read some reviews and it seem to be that no one like rules. I cant even believe half of what these review describe. Overall the ladies in this office seem very friendly and very busy. Let’s take time to understand that a customer service job could be very difficult as in these type of job we will deal with different personalities. Jun 2018: I can't believe many of these reviews..some of you sound very petty! These ladies are doing their jobs, the property seems to be very busy. I’ve had a few maintenance problems in my apartment, but they manage to take care of it immediately. It’s been so efficient; I place a work order online and the next day it was already taken care of.
Staff is friendly and the area is always clean and being worked on.

Apr 2018: This community is wonderful. My room mate and I moved from Pennsylvania. These ladies in the office made it so easy to move in and to get settled especially Maria she was a huge help through the whole process. The staff is always friendly as is our neighbors. Apr 2018: When my friend and I went in for a visit, the lady in the office was rude. The minute we walk in she said "Yes?"...no 'Hi' or 'May I help you?'
We explained that we were apartment hunting and wanted a tour of the apartments. She asked if we had an appointment, which is understandable since we did just stop buy without one. I said no...she then let out a big sigh and I caught her slightly rolling her eyes. I immediately said that we can schedule one online no problem but she quickly said to have a seat. Soon after she jumped in with prices and then proceeded to show us an apartment. Every question we asked seemed like a bother for her to answer. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience.
We saw many other apartments that day and I have to say that this one was the worst. Had some issues with an agent but jasmine was extremely helpful and understanding. The rent went up again when my lease was up and had to move. It was not affordable in our end. Sad. The "updated" look that you see in the photos are not at all what the unit looks like. The apartment got a fresh coat of paint over everything, including power outlets. And when I went to speak to the "management" about this they were confused, saying I got one of the better one bedroom apartments. I'm positive that the matainence being done on the roofs of the buildings (due to hurricane irma) were NOT done be contracted or educated third parties. The loud garbage trucks will wake you up everyone day they arrive around 6 pm. I love my apartment, my roommate and I work very hard to maintain it. You will encounter roaches, it happens. Best thing you can do is be put on the list for pest control every week (you pay for it anyways so might as well utilize it). If roaches are a huge issue for you I would not recommend this complex. They are renovating a lot which tends to cause bugs to arise. Fortunately this is not a deal breaker for my roommate and I.
When we first came to check out the apartments we loved the gentleman who assisted us. He was helpful, answered every question with patience, and was incredibly kind.
Lately, we've been encountering the property manager for questions or if we need assistance. Which I don't know if someone has eternal pissed her off or if there's something stuck far up there but she's always tends to be rud Review from Google

Never in my life would I recommend this complex to anyone in my life. I have made the biggest mistake of living here. Management is the most rude individuals I have ever encountered. They will make sure they take your money, but they make sure to never fix your apartment problems. They like to lie just to cover their job, but it won’t work. They also do not know how to communicate, and are very abusive, verbally, which has caused serious personal problems short time. From the minute my girlfriend and myself visited here we felt like this was it for us. Taylor had great energy and his overall mission was the same as ours and that was to get into an apartment. The staff is outstanding, especially XXXX. When I first moved in I had some issues and she went above and beyond to not only accommodate, but to help me get into the apartment, which meant extra paperwork and time on her part. Pursuing a doctorate degree brings a lot of stress along with it, but I never had to worry about anything to do with my apartment because the staff was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I never had problems with bugs or ants. I never had problems with the front office or even my neighbors. It is a wonderful place to live.

There was some confusion with my move-in (no ones fault) but XXXX, XXXX and XXXX in the leasing office were super helpful and made sure everything was corrected. I haven't had any issues at all. Review from 5/7/17 on GoogleMay 2017: Not bad. When I first moved in the garbage disposal didn't work and the ac unit needed to be flushed. That was done in a timely manner. Some of the floorboards in the apartments are raised making for uneven floors in spots. I really enjoy the layout of the apartment being in a 1:1. The recently built leasing office includes an awesome gym with new stuff that no one uses. Its great. The pool is new and clean and the lounge/pier area is great for entertaining. My only other complaint is that the water bill is consistently unnaturally high ($65) with brisk use. All in all old(1950's) buildings for an easygoing lifestyle.
