SUMMER SUBLEASE AT KNIGHTS CIRCLE! Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my room at KnightsCircle from May (starting May 8; have to get through finals & graduation) until the end of July (July st is when the lease ends) which is perfect for those doing summer classes! I live in a 4x4 on the second floor (Bedroom B on the floor plan) and the rent is $ a month plus insurance and utilities. I currently live in a 👨👩 co-ed with 2 👩 girls and 1 👨 boy (my gay 🏆best friend). The other roommates that live there are nice and respectful of each others space. The neighborhood is located just across the street from 💛 UCF and a 🚌 shuttle runs every 5 minutes to campus. It already comes furnished so you do not need to worry about purchasing furniture! There is a guard 🌉 gate and security /7 which makes it feels safe. The neighborhood has tons of amenities including a hour fitness center, multiple 🏊 pools, 🍔 grills, study rooms, basketball courts, volleyball, hammocks, and monthly community activities and giveaways. There are RA’s for the buildings to help you with your needs and always keep you informed.
