1 bedroom with bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment for releasing.. Ive already re-leased the apartment for next year back in December to get a cheaper price and should be easily able to swap that over to the new tenant. Knights Circle is a 🌉 gated community, and has a 🚌 shuttle service leading into 💛 UCF proper, allowing for easy transport that runs every minutes from 6: am to 9 pm. There is a workout room, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a swimming 🏊 pool by the Administration Buildings.
The price of the unit will include furnishings, 💡electricity (with cap), 🌊 water, and Wifi. Aprils rent will be covered by myself, and the lease is already set to be renewed for the Fall Semester as mentioned above.
Currently, there are 3 other Roommates. They are quiet for the most part, one is a music major and Interior decorator, one recently moved in, and the other has been a longer tenant. All are friendly and work together to keep the apartment in good condition. Kitchen has two ☢ microwaves -one from a roommate, the other supplied by Housing, an Oven, a Dishwasher, and a ⛄ fridge. Laundry room contains both Washer and Dryer and the Living Room has a table with 4 chairs as well as two couches and currently has a 📺 tv set up thanks to a roommate supplying their own for the other tenants use.
Bedroom has a bathroom of its own, thus no need to share a bathroom with other roommates. There is a closet with a full-body sliding door mirror and a wooden desk useful for storage and computer work. The current supplied dresser has 4 drawers, and the room comes with its own bed, thus the tenant would only need to bring their own pillows and sheets. Each bedroom has its own lock for privacy needs as well.. Aprils Rent will be covered by me, allowing the Tenant a month of ⌚time to move in and get things set up for themselves without issues.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
