Hi 👨 guys, I signed my renewal lease at knights circle for / and an opportunity came up where I will be living elsewhere. So I am looking to sublease my room in a 4x4 apartment, here is some information:
Pricing:
-Current cost if you were to buy through knights circle is $/month
-My cost $/month since I am subleasing I was able to renew at a cheaper price.
-Rent would be for the entire / school year, being due every month on the first starting august and ending July .
Building , Apt Perks:
-1st floor, don’t have to deal with stairs
-Great location, right next to the basketball court, gym, game room, 🏊 pool, office, 🚍 shuttlestop, as well as visitor parking, the back entrance (resident only, don’t have to deal with guard 🌉 gate) & a entire shopping plaza and ⛽gas station right across the street (all this listed are 🚶 walking distance and within .2 miles)
Roommate information:
-I believe all of my roommates are moving out. So if you have a friend who is signing a lease at knights circle they can request you as a roommate and possibly move into building apartment as well.
