A great room to sublease for the upcoming Spring semester and forward!
I will be graduating this semester and am looking forward to subleasing my room. The sublease will start in January and will be finished by the end of July. Rate includes 🌊 water,💡electricity, and fast internet (wifi and ethernet).
The room is perfect if you desire a 🎇clean, private, and quiet living space since it is on the top (3rd) floor and at the end of the hallway. Additionally, the bedroom has been recently furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, desk chair, and dresser while connected to your own personal bathroom.
The common room, kitchen, outdoor patio, and in-apartment laundry room are shared with only two friendly, 🎇clean, 👨 maleroommates. Both are sophomores attending 💛 UCF!
The kitchen already has appliances such as a full ⛄ refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, ☢ microwave, dishwasher, and toaster.
The outdoor patio also offers some privacy since it faces the woods on the backside of the building.
In terms of amenities, the apartment is one of the closest to the 🏊 pool, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, and study room where printing is free.
Also, the building is comfortably near the second 🚌 shuttlestop as well. 🚌 shuttles are available to pick students up from here to 💛 UCF every fifteen minutes.
Other amenities such as gyms are also a 🚶 walkable distance away and available to the residents.
The building is the closest to the mailroom, where all of Knights Circles residents&#; packages and mail are received.
Parking is right out front and available; perfect for those that choose to commute to 💛 UCF or the Valencia College, East Campus which is only minutes away.
