Hi, I&#;m Monica! I&#;ve graduated from 💛 UCF and have decided on another school for grad school so I am looking for someone to take over my lease at KC. The bedroom is unit B in a 3x3 in Phase 1 and got new furniture last year! The apartment is fully furnished and has an in-unit full sized washer and dryer, full sized ⛄ refrigerator (with ice maker), oven range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and ☢ microwave, as well as free trash valet services. The apartment is on the third floor (with a beautiful balcony) and is in a quiet area of the 🌉 gated complex, with Walmart and Publix right across the street. The apartment is perfectly situated in a great location in the complex - it is between two 🚍 bus stops (some of the first ones so the 🚍 buses are never full when they get there) and is just a 5 minute 🚶 walk from the mail center and the phase 1 clubhouse (with a 🏊 pool, -hour computer lab with free printing, and -hour study lounge, theater room with gaming systems, BBQ 🍔 grills, basketball courts, tennis courts), and less than a minute 🚶 walk away from both the phase 2 and phase 3 clubhouses (with 2 more 🏊 pools, 2 fitness centers, more study lounges (incl. new one opened Fall ), etc). Being in Phase 1, maintenance always responds in a ⌚timely manner (usually same day!). There is also plenty of parking, both resident and visitor, right in front of the apartment. The one roommate that is staying is super 🎇clean and quiet, though very friendly - willing to get to know anyone that is interested!
