Hi everyone! I am graduating in December so I’m trying to find someone to sublease my apartment starting in the Spring. I listed the move in date as January 1st but if you want to move some⌚time in December then we can work things out! The rent is $/month which includes utilities. However, I am willing to give whoever signs $ which you can use for the first months rent or you can divide it between the months you are staying here (7 months) to bring the rent down to $.
