My 👩 daughter is trying to sublease her room at Knights Circle for Fall . It is a single bedroom/bath in a 4x4 all 👩 girls apartment.
I resigned my lease early so the rate you would be paying is $, compared to $ which is the current rate for Knights Circle 4x4. Lease is for August -July , but if you would like to move in for Summer, we can arrange it. I liked living here, the reason I am moving out is because I am transferring to a school outside of Orlando. My room currently just got all NEW furniture (desk, dresser, and nightstand). Knights Circle is an all college student environment, patrolled by 💛 UCF police and conveniently located right next to campus. I’m adding pictures of which room is mine on the floor plan as well as my Building location on the overall map of KC! My building is 9 and conveniently located near the back entrance/exit, which I found made it so much easier to enter and exit because of the mass amount of speed bumps and the size of the complex as a whole. Conveniently located near 🏊 pool and sand volleyball courts. Free parking. Lots of amenities.
