One room available in a 3x3 unit, other two rooms are occupied, both by 👨 guys. Everyone’s friendly and busy, don’t see a whole lot of each other and it’s always quiet at night and 🎇clean.
no noisy neighbors, literally right across the street from campus, and the 🚍 shuttle comes frequently enough that I can get to campus any ⌚time of the day faster than driving and not worrying about finding a parking spot.
Only reason I’m leaving is because I’m graduating and moving away, if I were still in school I’d be here due to the short distance to campus.
All the 🏊 pools and gyms here are pretty nice, and never super crowded. Front office people are helpful, and work orders are done extremely quickly. Fast internet, decent appliances, large balcony on the second floor. Living room has plenty of space to have friends over.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
