Hello! I am graduating in May so I am looking for a 👩 female student to continue the duration of my lease from 5////. I live in building so I am in 🚶 walking distance, or onlooking distance from the balcony, to several of the amenities near the Phase 3 community office like the 🏊 pool, the basketball court, the volleyball court, the tennis court, and the gym! The 2nd 🚍 shuttlestop is right outside my building so there’s always easy access to campus!
The 4x4 is very spacious and is fully furnished, and provides you with all the necessary kitchen and laundry room appliances. The private bathroom is also an extra perk that ensures privacy. Your bedroom would have a bed, nightstand, desk with chair, dresser, and decent sized closet with a mirror. I live with three other 👩 females in my unit who are really cool and instantly make you feel comfortable!
I live on the third floor with an RA on the first floor so if you ever need anything he’s right there. Knights Circle also has an attentive maintenance staff that fixes any problem you have immediately. There are free trash valet services, free parking for residents, and several security guards patrolling and at the 🌉 gate entrance to maintain safety around the entire complex.
