Unit already has three wonderful roommates, all 👩 female and very friendly. Tenant must also identify as 👩 female, and be okay with dogs because there is one small, friendly dog.
Unit is on the fourth floor. Windows all face Woodbury Road with a beautiful view of a lake, some trees, and the sunset every evening.
*Private bathroom w/i bedroom, spacious. Comes with bluetooth speaker shower head, and
built in shower-seat.
Unit is furnished enitrely. Comes with smart 📺 tv, cableincluded; ⛄ fridge with 🌊 water and ice; dishwasher; ☢ microwave; oven; stove; deep sink; in-unit washer and dryer.
Room for lease is bedroom D in the Pearl 1 layout. Layout is a reverse of the floorplan found on The Hub on Campus Orlando website. (Front door is on the left, washer and dryer are on the right by bedroom D, etc.).
Everyone keeps a 🎇clean space. Once in a while someone will forget they put something in the sink or ⛄ fridge, but a gentle reminder and they usually take care of it. not uncommon to hangout in living room together.
A key fob is used to enter the building, apartment, and many spaces on the 1st floor. If you want a parking spot you have to pay an additional monthly fee, up to $ depending on how good the spot is.
