I am subleasing my apartment at the hub on campus. It is 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF, with a 🚍 shuttle that takes you to and from. It is located across the street from the entrance, Publix, Wawa and more. The room is a 1x1 in a 4x4 with all 👩 girls. the roommates are all super sweet and 🎇clean, but always willing to hang out. The room Is fully furnished, with a huge closet and bathroom with a shower seat. The apartment is on the third floor but gives you direct access to the parking garage. There are elevators, a huge 🏊 pool and hot sub, sauna, steam and study room, gym, plus more! The unit includes a washer and dryer, new appliances, Apple 📺 tv, and a waterproof showerhead speaker. The complex was just built last year so you will be the second person living there which means it is very 🎇clean. we have never seen a bug! All utilities like 💡electric,🌊 water, sewer, cable and wifi are included. The rent is $ a month, parking included. I live in the VIP unit so I get more in-home amenities. there is a subleasing fee of $ but I am either willing to cover it all if you can pay mays rent OR I will go half on the subleasing fee and then put towards each months rent until the lease is over. The lease ends in July but you can renew and keep the same price that there is now! Message me for more pictures! I live in room C! You can move in as soon as today or tomorrow!
