One room available near Full Sail, Valencia and 💛 UCF. Good location, right off . Subleasing under my name, two other roommates are a 💛 UCF student and valencia student. Two birds and a cat. The room is carpeted. I included a bed, a dresser, desk, and 📺 television. There’s some cork boards on the wall, too. Air conditioned unit. Everything except 💡electricity and internet are included in rent. Washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Maintenance on-sight. Will have to share a bathroom with one roommate. Shower is solid. Toilet and sink are, too. Roommates will help with interviewing as you will be living with them. I am out of state.
