Hi, Loading...

Sep 2017: This complex is the worst apartment complex i have ever been in. I live on the first floor and have disrespectful neighbors above me making too much noise in the middle of the night. Had the cops come out 11 times and still the leasing office wont do anything. You cant get through to the office at anytime. You can have a better conversation with a wall then these people. Just alot of disrespect. Do not waste your time and money on a place like this. To the response of the owner. I've gone to your "new management" and it is the same as the old management and you think when you respond to peoples review means that you care? You still do the same thing, which is nothing. Stop responding like you care. Review from Google
Sep 2017: This is by far the worst experience I have ever in my life had with an apartment complex. If I could give negative stars I would. We got an apartment 2 months before we moved from Texas to Florida. 2 MONTHS!!! They knew the exact day we were going to be there and we drove all the way from Texas to Florida to get there and the apartment was not ready. So we went elsewhere to get an apartment! We dodged a bullet from their mess up!!! Now here we are almost a month later and I literally just spent 30 minutes on hold trying to speak with someone about getting our deposit back. I have called at least one time a week every week since our non move in date!!! And they say the same thing the check has been mailed or it will be mailed!!! Please be smart read all the reviews take them to heart with this place! Keep looking do not live here!!! Review from Google
May 2017: Absolutely horrible. This complex cost me more money than I had ever intended. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and neglect their tenants tremendously. I left there a couple months ago with no intentions of writing a review and letting bigones be bigones. I'm writing a negative review because now they claim to have sent my deposit in which I never received. $250. Quarter of a $1000. But it doesn't start there. It starts with a simple water leak in the toilet that happened last year. Review from 5/29/17 on Google
May 2017: So far so bad..the apartment was marketed as being luxurious, but it far from it. Everything that could be broken in the apartment was. The light switches aren't wired to light, but rather to outlets. Recently, my toilet paper holder broke off of the wall, when i came back after they "fixed" it, the holder was thrown away and the wall still had a large drywall patch. Where there were originally holes in the wall (that i asked to be fixed, there's instead a large drywall patch that they had no intention of repainting. Today, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. May 2017: Place is really run down and old, all the appliances are from the 70s or 80s and don't work well, they break constantly and maintenance takes forever and a day to come out and fix anything. Complex in general is extremely dirty and nothing gets cleaned up; residents here also suck and I can't even count how many times I lost sleep because multiple neighbors were throwing parties, smoking pot on their porch or blasting their music until dawn. They ask way to much in rent for a place that resembles Section 8 or low income housing, do yourself a favor and don't move here. Review from 5/3/17 on Google
Mar 2017: Love it here. Staff is amazing and so helpful. Work orders get fixed the next day. Great neighbors and it's really quiet here. Honestly the best apartment complex that I have lived it. They also accepted big dogs which is why i chose them. Review from 3/10/17 on Google
Oct 2016: Staff is highly disorganized. Additional charges were constantly being added to my bills from the complex. Many maintenance issues that weren't fixed. Doors and windows were not completely sealed- allowed for bugs to get in. The apartments look nothing like the photos. I'd recommend just getting an apartment across the street, or anywhere else. Review from 10/4/16 on Google
Aug 2016: I lived here for 3 years and I am not a picky person when it comes to living, as long as things are done. They complex is very outdated compared to some in the area, which I can live with. I also feel that the complex is pretty safe, as I have not had any criminal activity take place to my apartment or possessions during my stay there. For this I would have given the place 3 stars. However this is why it is now a 1. For the first year maintenance kept up on stuff, and bug control was always kept up with. However, a year ago they switched management, and then switched again. -The maintenance is slow. -Bug infestations is at an all time high, at least in my building. -The office lacks customer service skills -They lose checks for rent, causing me to pay myself to cancel a check. Sep 2015: Crans landing is amazing they have a wonderful staff and they are also very helpful with your application and moving process. One of the Leasing agents Ms. xxxx helped me out every step of the way as far as finding my son and his roommate an apartment in a short period of time before school starts on 09/21/15. She is an amazing person to work with. Review from 10/20/15 on Google
Jul 2015: If you can afford anywhere else to go then go there. I was transferred to the Orlando area and had to move quickly so I rented an apartment here to get to know the area better. It was the worst! The apartment they show you at first is rather nice and up to date. I was sold. Then I moved in. The rental I had was out dated. I'm talking 1960s kitchen. The refrigerator and dishwasher was from that Era too! The refrigerator constantly leaked and even though I constantly called management about it nothing was done. They would send maintenance and they would defrost and claim it is fixed. Review from 7/5/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2015: Nice!! The staff are great, the only exception is that I need to have a butler I guess that would have to come out of my own pocket. But overall great everything is done in a timely manner as far as fixing things in the apartment. Very quiet community, pet friendly. Everyone in the office are very excited working with finding someone a place to stay. Review from 2/16/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2015: Overall my time at Cranes Landing has been wonderful. Every one is very polite and friendly. I am not sure why so many people have left bad reviews but from personal experience I loved living here! When I would have an issue with my apartment maintenance would handle the issue in a timely manner. I will be leaving soon due to graduation and it has been my first experience living on my own and Cranes Landing made me feel very much at home. Review from 1/25/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2014: I have been living in my apartment for a year and some change now, and to say the least, I have been completely satisfied with my experience here. Maintenance is very active and you can always see them around and on the move. Many people could argue that a busy maintenance crew means that there must be a lot of problems with units around the complex, however in my experience with how nice the units look and feel before move in, I can comfortably say that most to all issues regarding the inside of a unit would be mostly on the resident.
