Mar 2018: I lived in collegiate village Inn for a month now and I love the atmosphere the staff are very friendly and the apartment I stay in is very beautiful I wouldn't trade it for anything!!!! .they even provide fresh food everyday day that is fresh every time I go in for breakfast, lunch and dinner I would recommend any college student to live in collegiate village Inn because they really do care for you as a person and respect your every needs Review from Google
Mar 2018: CVI is a great choice for students. Management is so welcoming and helpful. Emily has done a wonderful job in turning the place around. I highly recommend the community. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I just signed my second renewal at CVI. The property has come so far since I first moved in. The private rooms are the perfect size for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bistro food is always good and has a lot to choose from. I don't think there is any other place that offers so much for the price. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Today was my first day moving into the apartment. I had a great experience with Wesley with the apartment tour. He was super professional and friendly. Definitely impressed with his level of attentiveness and customer service. You get free meals everyday. And today was actually a really good first impression. I'm vegetarian, and they had a lot for me choose from. I thought the garlic zucchini, mashed red potatoes with potato chunks and Mac and cheese were actually surprisingly delicious! BUT... when I moved in today, I noticed that the sink plug was broken. When I went down to the office to ask them to fix it, they told me unfortunately the maintenance people don't work weekends and I would need to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I was a bit upset... (Cuz how do I use a sink with a plugged water drain?). I called my parents to ask for a Review from Google
Mar 2018: Very friendly staff, reasonably priced and super close to campus. The pool is always clean and maintenance workers respond to work orders with the same expectations as any other apartment complex. Ask for Donna at the front desk to set anything up or if you have questions, she's been there to help me through my entire first lease and I'm renewing. definitely recommend if your looking for the most bang for your buck! Feb 2018: I give CVI 5 stars because I get everything in one place and everyone is very nice. I really like that they continue to add new and fun things like events and CVI Bucks. Id tell people to visit the property for yourself and you will see. It has really come a long way. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Emily has done so much in helping me with the property maintenance and re-beautification of the Oak Tree property. She has listened to my needs and wants and provided the correct resources to do just that. The property is coming along very well since September and still doing great things because of her. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The new food at the bistro is so awesome. I even saw a day with food from my home country of Peru. I'm not sure where else you can get 3 meals for free each day but CVI sets the bar high for sure. I recommend this place to everyone. Review from Google

Jan 2018: I couldn't have been more pleased with the service that Emily provided to my daughter during her transition into college life. I am so much more at ease knowing that she is in an environment where the staff genuinely cares about their residents. Kudos to Emily and Collegiate Village Inn! Review from Google
Jan 2018: This place is WONDERFUL! There is a theatre room where you can watch literally anything! The gym is always clean and well maintained. The cafeteria is immaculate and the food is great! To top it ofd Emily is always super helpful, prompt and even sweet! I would reccomend this place to anyone and everyone! Review from Google
Dec 2017: I have been living here since the day I came from India to study and it’s been 7months. Honestly this place made feel at home in the first hour of arriving! They helped me in every way possible to get settled here. The office staff, the bistro staff, the maintenance staff and the security are the best people here. Whenever I have had a problem they have helped me instantly to the best. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home away from home. Review from Google
Nov 2017: The new management and maintenance team are doing wonders for this property! You can tell that Emily and Mike really care about the property and residents. Since the change in management, I have felt really comfortable at CVI and renewed my lease last week with Wesley in the front office. He made it super easy for me! Chef Jon is always cooking up good food in the bistro and makes sure the residents are well feed! Great property overall with lots of amenities! You get a lot of bang for your buck! I would definitely recommend moving here. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Edit: I add two stars because of Alyson's management. She promptly addressed my problems I've lived here for about 4 months now and have noticed some problems but it's overall pretty good. Small complaint, the room cleaning employee ignored my request on a couple occasions. Next, the food isn't great but maybe not as bad as some people make it out to be. There is one employee who comes off rude and will give you a death stare if you don't tell him your room number. The bed that they furnish is awful and extremely firm. You will have to cash in money for a mattress pad. I bought a nice one for $150 and still have back pain from it. Also, the computer chair is...whew pretty terrible. I have a one bedroom but it doesn't feel private due to the thin walls. Other than that I enjoy the convenience of unlimited utilities. Review from Google
Aug 2017: This is the worst place to live. The property manger, XXXX, is the rudest person you will ever meet. My AC has been broken for a month and she refuses to fix it. Their prices are so expensive for terrible conditions. They do not care about you or the condition of your property. Do not live here.
May 2017: Lived here for about 2 years. Not the worst place for sure. Gotta recommend against the food plan though cus the food really sucked, at least when I was on it. The staff has been nice and helpful throughout in my experience, and I've never had problems with them or any neighbors, so overall nothing much to complain about. Review from 5/18/17 on Google
May 2017: Worst year of my life living at CVI. The ultimate worst place to live. The room on the floor above mine flooded and leaked into my room in the middle of the night, waking me up, ruining my TV, drenching every item of clothing I possess, and stinking up the whole room. I had to request that CVI clean the carpet and check the pipes FIVE. TIMES. before they actually got up and did anything about the damage they caused. They do not give a crap about their residents. Additionally, they do not enforce their own rules. Review from 5/9/17 on Google
Dec 2016: I've lived here since September of 2015 and I honestly don't get how people can complain so much. The most trouble I have with living here is the fact that some people might be yelling outside or other apartments might be playing their music so loud or causing some other kind of disturbance. Other than that, you pretty much get what you pay for: shared or single room, great response time when it comes to maintenance requests, very few problems with rodents or insects as long as you know how to keep them from invading your apartment, and updates to some of the community activity areas. Also, someone who visits here to deliver said that the people who live here are constantly doing drugs or acting suspicious. Review from 12/28/16 on Google
Dec 2016: its not the best but its not the worst either. saying all that, the place does seem better coming under new ownership. the best parts about it is that there is free internet, free electricity, free water, and allowed to have a hot place. there are a few rude staff but most of the staff is young and friendly and the place got new security guards a few weeks ago. there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. the Theater room has been fixed too. the bad parts about the place is that the P.O. boxes are terrible, anyone can get in there just by inserting any key and turning the whole lock out of place and the Full sail shuttle runs every 4 hours with means if you miss the bus by 5 minutes, you will have to wait 4 hours for the next shuttle but it does run through the night because Full sail has night classes. Review from 12/13/16 on Google
Dec 2016: I have definitely perceived the changes going on in the community. I am very glad that the new management has finally taken care of the issue regarding the laundry room, including the machines inside, because doing our laundry here inside the property is much better for our time and money. I love the new washing and drying machines. I am finally feeling like I am getting for what I pay. Please keep improving on every aspect like you guys are doing. It is a pleasure to live here on CVI. Thank You. Review from 12/5/16 on Google
May 2016: If I could give this place a worse score, I would. The common areas are overwhelmingly dirty, the whole building is falling apart (and frankly I believe it might at some point be dangerous), the internet they offer for your room is lousy, there's sugar ants everywhere, the rooms are poorly ventilated and poorly lit, when they first give you the room it is filthy and the free housekeeping service is useless (the vacuum spreads the dust all over the room), the bathrooms are very small and ill-maintained (specially the toilets). Review from 5/3/16 on Google
Dec 2015: Its not the best place in the world, but I cant say its all that bad either, but thats just my opinion. This is the first time im living by myself, and i am on a tight budget. its a roof over my head and i actually got a decent price for my two bedroom apt. I still don't have a roommate yet though (I am kind of nervous to meet them, but im sure it'll be fine). I've been living here for a month now and i havent really had a terrible experience. My apt. is clean, with a pretty great A/C, and overall I feel nice and cozy here, though i am starting to notice some sugar ants creeping about (probably because since i moved in there's food for them now xD) So i just started keeping any food sealed or in the fridge. And the lights in my room, aside from the bathroom, seemed to have stopped working (which i hope they'll fix soon). Review from 12/6/15 on Google
Aug 2015: Choose somewhere else while your ahead. Management is a mess, rooms are over priced and terribly maintained. Theirs a million other places to choose, don't be fooled by them. Maintenance enters your apartment when ever they like without notice. Hotel door keys, really? Bugs, bugs everywhere. Their "Pest control" every weeks needs to be daily. Just to think, they want you to eat their food... There is a million other places I would be more then happy to recommend myself other then CVI. Run, while your ahead.
May 2014: there are constantly tourist groups at CVI. When I first moved here, it was a basketball camp full of noisy kids. Now there is a massive group of tourists that seem to always be at my bus stop after a grueling day in drawing class. Across the board, these groups always cause noise and obstruction wherever they go. Of course, as long as they pay CVI money, they don't give a... well, rat's patootie about how disturbed the residents are by these groups. I hate being rotten, so I will say one - ONE - good thing about this place. The maintenance/housekeeping does a great job at what they do. They're about the only friendly, competent workers of CVI. google review 1 year ago
May 2014: Not sure how true it is or maybe they have cleaned up but rumor has it that this place used to had drug dealers. google review 2 years ago
May 2014: The place is always noisy so forget about your full nights sleep as well. Most of the rooms have a mold problem that management will blame on you as with most other defects in the room if you don't catch them first and write them down on the check-in list. Cars and vehicles are vandalized if not stolen, and I know it may seem like I'm just complaining but I'm just giving you the fact, I could keep this going and did I mention to time I found live worms in my fruit? There are other really nice apartments within 2-3 miles of Full Sail that are way cheaper than this place. I got with some people and moved into a house, now I have my own room at last and I pay $335 a month which is rent+utilities. I am saving a lot of money here and I feel safe in a nice neighborhood. google review more than 3 years ago
