Jul 2014: I've been here for a year and a half and I have four words: BEST VALUE IN ORLANDO The staff and management are very helpful, friendly, caring, and responsive. Whenever I have had a concern it has been addressed the very next day almost every single time. I love the community activities. The maintenance staff know their stuff. There is a city bus route in front of the complex and the shuttle to UCF picks you up literally at the leasing office front door. It is convenient to everything. A Walgreens right across the street. Doctor is right across the street. Go up a mile or so and you have shopping, dining and entertainment. And that is a mile or so in either direction. They have been very kind to my service animal. Pick your roommates wisely and you will love it here! Review from 7/13/2014 on Google
