Room is on the first floor has its own bathroom, very spacious. Furnitureincluded: full/queen bed, 2 dresser, desk and chair. Room can be painted or rearranged to your liking. Maintenance included in the lease.Quiet neighborhood. 5 mins away from 💛 UCF and near many 🍔 restaurants and hangout places. It really is a nice area. If you are looking to have an adult life yet have the college life, this is the place to live.
