Jan 2018: Rent was ok when I first moved in but now it's ridiculous. You can easily rent a home in the area for the same price. There is nothing of value that makes you want to be there and parking is a joke. Review from Google

May 2017: We're on our way out of Camden (pricing is getting way too high -- but so is everywhere else), but we're not happy to be leaving, to say the least.
Apartment interiors are beautiful, much nicer and newer than any other apartments around. Safe apartment complex. Clean apartments, clean outside. Maintenance is prompt and very polite.
The apartment we were shown before signing was in the EXACT condition that we were given on move-in day, that was a welcomed surprise in our experience. Other apartment complexes have been drastically different.

Apr 2017: Apartments are only a few years old, so they're in great condition. What few maintenance requests I had to file were always answered expediently and with polite staff. Only downsides are that parking is abyssmal during later hours and cable television is bundled with rent under an entertainment fee, which is an unfortunate added expense for those who solely use the internet.

From the outside it looks great, the gym is clean and tidy. Have not used the club house or the business center yet. My apartment is as advertised. It's gated and I always have enough spots to park my car. As soon as I moved in, the toilet was continuously flushing water and did not stop, called management at 1:00 they sent a maintenance worker who fixed it in a jiffy! Everything was good my 3:00 Impressed so far with the service.

Nov 2016: STAY AWAY!! Totally over run by college students there is absolutely no parking. You'll circle the building like 5 times have to park either in handicap place but even most of those are full from other non handi cap cars. The cars fly in and out of the apartment complex no regards to people walking. If you find parking it's a mile from your actual building. Over half the cars don't have parking decals and the complex does nothing to stop it.

Oct 2016: I lived here for a year and was not interested in renewing the lease due to many issues during my stay. This community is very nice to look at from the outside. The buildings are new and nice, landscaping is pretty good, the insides of the units are updated and seem to be built fairly well, and the appliances are very nice. Only complaint about the units would be the counter tops, which are basically particle board with laminate on them, instead of granite, which they should be considering the price for a unit here. The office staff are fine, no one sticks out as unique or extra caring, but no one causes any problems either, everyone is just simply doing their job.

The grounds are well kept and the property looks brand new. My move in process was as simple as possible. They made it very easy by sending emails with contact information for everything you need (power, cable, etc.) The location is also perfect located right near Waterford lakes that has everything you need within a mile or so. One knock that Camden may get is that it's expensive, but I think once you move in you'll see where that money goes. You get what you pay for! The grounds are always well kept and the maintenance team has always been quick to resolve any issues I had. I haven't had to ask them to come out twice for anything which is nice. The apartment itself is spacious and the overall build quality is way better than anything else I saw in the area when I was looking to move. I don't hear too much from my neighbors which is nice. Compared to the other apartment complexes, I definitely feel that I'm getting a better deal because cable & Wi-Fi are included.

Nov 2015: I've lived at Camden in Waterford for a little over a year now. We chose a 3rd floor apartment and love it! No noisy upstairs neighbors and we hardly hear anything from our next door neighbors. The only noise complaint I have is from the motorcycle parked in front of our building. I sleep during the day because I work nightshift so it's annoying sometimes. Basic cable and Internet is included as part of the rent, as well as valet trash service. We pay separate for water and electric. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and it is absolutely perfect for us two. My boyfriend made the spare bedroom and bathroom into his man cave area. Our master bathroom is gorgeous with a big soaking tub and double sink vanity.
