Mar 2016: Omg... This ppl r sooooo f***** terrible...... There is thugs walking around smoking pot, screaming profanities....like they singing rap,or whatever that crap music is.... They broke into my cars....and stole all the coins..(less than one dollar) petty lowlife crips..!!!.........never visiting this place again... I moved my nephew from that place...

Dec 2015: I moved out in this May. Now 7 months has passed. They still didn't refund me the deposit, including security, gym and gates. They ignored all my phone messages and emails. I didn't move far away so I visited their office three times. Every time they said they would take care of this soon, but still no refund.

Nov 2015: Horrible horrible horrible is what i have to say i would not recommend this place to anyone since i moved in gave them the list of thing that needed to be taken care of and yet my Master bedroom bathroom door has no doorknob.. I'm still waiting... The office is not up to date with the application information. Just hate it here NEVER EVER AGAIN am i renting from concord apts again i rather be in a shelter than give these people anymore money.

Jul 2015: This must be one of the worst experiences. We have lived at east lake for about 6 years. In the beggining the staff was great, they kept up with everything. You would call for any maintenance issues and it would be taken care of immediately and correctly. In the last two years new management has taken over and even though the outside looks great they forget the inside is what really matters. My ac has been damaged for two years. They come and fix it and that lasts for about three days and breaks down again. My neighbors upstairs deal with the same issue. When their ac breaks down our ceiling leaks. It's almost caved in.

Apr 2015: Do not move here it will big your biggest mistake you can make. The employees in the office is nice when you first meet them, but after that they are so rude. They changed their name after they painted the place and then went up on the rent more than $400 increase. The police are coming here more even a shooting. Now they have these wannabe cop security that slaps a sticker on your car if you back in. This place sucks big time.

Mar 2015: The most terrible place to live. Horrible neighbors and office. They recently have changed the name of the apartments to "Brooke Commons" because they probably have seen the very bad rating they have on the the web. Just stay away from this community. If you come here, you must be prepared for every thing and a very irresponsible and rude office.
