Hi, Loading...

Sep 2019: On move-in day my apartment reeked of cigarette smoke. The fans were covered in grey dust and I had consistent migraines from the smell. I later found out that my apartment's last tenant was evicted (from my neighbor). The flooring in the kitchen was cheap wallpaper type and did not completely cover the floor. The carpet was cheap too and I could feel the staples underneath it when I walked across the living room. In fact, it did not extend completely to the wall underneath the kitchen stove. We had a consistent roach problem that was never resolved. We continuously called management to send pest control, but the bugs never went away. Our power and water were shut off multiple times. The front security gate was broken for an entire month...during which time we still paid for that "security." All kinds of people would come in through the gate who did not live in th
Jan 2018: This place is a rip off. They just want your money. I am currently living here and I'm a disabled veteran. They have so many hidden fees when I asked what they were they couldn't explain them. Trash is 30 bucks a month as well and they don't even take all your trash or boxes. If I'm paying 30 bucks you take everything. Otherwise I'll keep the 30 bucks and take the trash out myself. This is not a option either. You have to pay to have your trash be picked up. I have so much more to say about this place but will make it short. DONT RENT FROM HERE!!! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Really nice apaetments!! Very affordable with tons of amenities. Great for college students! Review from Google
Jan 2018: I have lived in this complex for 2 years and have really enjoyed living here. Unfortunately, I am moving to a larger place now that my family is getting larger. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone, even families. The office staff are very friendly and take the time to get to you know more as to not make you feel like just a resident. The maintenance staff are very efficient and prompt. There have been a few incidents in the complex but nothing the management team could have avoided because living in a metro area you are going to have people doing dumb things. The management team was quick to notify all residents of any criminal activity that was being reported in the area. The neighbors are very friendly and respectful. I am sad to have to leave this community. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I loved this place. I had the opportunity to visit them. Super fantastic community. The personal are incredibly nice and sweet. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Really great place!!! Everyone’s super friendly as well as the people who work there!! I’m really glad I go here to hang out with my friends it’s really pretty!! Review from Google
Aug 2017: Bishop park is a very nice place to stay. The environment is comfortable and they have great service. They really care about their tenants .. We want to extend our appreciation to the whole management/team. Hollie, Mary-ann Carlos, and Greg thank you for all you kind gestures. We haven't had any complaints since we moved here. Review from Google
Jun 2017: Not sure about the other reviews here... But I haven't had any of those issues. However I've only been here for about a year and have not experienced any raise in prices. Also, any maintenance issues I have are taken care of very fast, hassle free. Staff is very friendly, would recommend. Edit: Almost 2 years here, lease is about to expire. We had a $50 increase in rent after the first lease, and now almost $100 increase in rent for this upcoming lease. Sadly this is very expensive. No complaints still, other than price increasing. Nov 2016: It's a nice place on the outside. On the inside there is numerous problems. I used to live here about 8 years ago and I used to pay $850 for a 2/2. On my second lease they tried to raise the rent to $1050. For what????????? I moved into a 4/2/2 for $1100 a month. It's not worth the hassle. Go to winter park Commons, they are much nicer and bigger and cheaper. Review from 11/4/16 on Google
Oct 2016: I will come back to this. I'm annoyed right now because my neighbors always do cocaine on their porch and smoke weed nonstop. As far as management goes, I really like Hollie and Victoria. They've been nothing but nice to me. The maintenance workers make me uncomfortable. Review from 10/18/16 on Google
Oct 2016: don't be fooled by what you see on the outside, it is much worse inside. don't be fooled by what the leasing agents tell you, they sometimes stretch the truth. Before moving in, we did our homework and saw all the negative reviews online. We decided to check it out anyways. All the reviews at the time were about how the gate doesn't work... EVER... and you have to pay to have a key. They also said that they charge absurd amounts when ending your lease. They assured us that every thing online was false, "There are two sides to every story" Victoria said, "someone keeps ramming their car into the gate so we keep having to fix it. May 2016: Bishop park has been a fantastic place to live. My only complaint is that they need to update the AC units in the apartments and put some trees by 436 to close up the gap for noise reduction. Other than that the staff here has always been pleasant and reasonable when dealing with them. You can always walk into the office and ask a question. From my experience the staff knew who I was and what unit I was in. They are always on top of their game. Review from 5/13/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: It is a nice place to live,However some residents don't pick up after their pets, and as a pet owner I myself pick up after her, and everyone that has a pet in this community should also. Winessed first hand owners walking away without picking up after their pet, please can something be put in place to assure accountability of those that don't follow rules.posting signs and fines start low. Amount. Accountability is very important for a community to function. The fines will assure that all residents adhere to rules and make living here a more pleasurable atmosphere for everyone. We have families here with small children that walk here and can be very unpleasant to step into waste. Also the children's park can really use a swing set. Review from 4/29/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: Well managed, extremely clean and organized, staff well trained and helpful, apartment maintenance is preventive rather than corrective so the staff is extremely proactive with maintenance. Office staff are responsive to requests and needs of residents. Best I have ever experienced. In addition, staff is extremely sensitive to privacy issues and is courteous enough to come back when services are to be performed at at a time that is inconvenient for residents. Neighbors are sensitive to noise and units are extremely quiet. Review from 4/20/16 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2015: We like the neighbors and the apartment management has been very helpful. We like he apartment has a lot of room. The elections electric bills for us were very high over the last 6 months and it turned out to be a bad water heater. They fixed it very fast. I still want to know if they might be willing to share the expense of July electric bill over the last six months. It has tripled since last September. An apartment should not have a 200 electric bill. Review from 12/18/15 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2015: I have only been living here for a month but I'm so happy with my choice. I looked at many apartments in the area and the rent to immunities ratio couldn't be beat. I had a few cosmetic issues that needing fixing and they were handled the same day. Review from 12/11/15 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2015: I am very happy with the staff they have done a wonderful job. You definitely feel welcome, they are very professional, friendly,. They are by far the best leasing consultant I've ever met. I am enjoying my apartment their is so much to see, is in a very convenient location. Review from 12/1/15 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: its old, outdated, and the apartments haven't been updated in years. The only way you'll get an update to anything is it breaks to the point failure. It is overpriced for what you get and its full of loud college students that party til all hours of the morning every day of the week. Review from 7/13/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: I only see myself staying here for maybe the year. I don't want to stay at a place that charges money for every little thing. I don't feel like im getting what I pay for. It would be fair to include water/sewer/trash in the rent price. It's a rip off here. Review from 7/6/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: My husband and I where able to arrange housing here at Bishop Park very quickly through Holly and Victoria...which was important because our other housing plans had fallen through 3 weeks before our move from Massachusetts...and we had an 85 lb dog. Holly and Victoria were so helpful and our move was essentially streamlined. Everything was ready for us on our arrival and the move in process was essentially seamless. The property is very well cared for and all staff have been very friendly and responsive to our needs. Just wish the other residents were friendlier. Review from 6/24/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2015: So far our experience has been great! Hollie and Victoria were so helpful in the rental process that they ended up being a deciding factor in choosing BP. The apartment itself is slightly dated, however, the management and maintenance staff did a nice job of making it move-in ready. It has a few minor flaws but nothing that has made us not feel like home. The noise from the neighbors has not been a problem yet, and I feel confident that if it was that management will take care of it. Review from 2/4/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2015: The whole process was as smooth as could be. from my first inquiry to signing the lease to moving in. the area is ideal for me. close to the basic shopping people need. management and staff are friendly and want you to be happy. immediately willing to help.
