It’s 🐕 pet friendly, there is a washer and dryer IN the unit. It is fully furnished. We don&#;t have a porch but we have a pretty huge living room in place of it. My current rent rate is $ utilitiesnot included. But I&#;ve never paid more than $ and that&#;s over shooting. I have the room with a cute Jack and Jill style closet.
