Oct 2017: It's the worst apartments i ever stayed in. They are to expensive and the office staff are rude. When it's your first time they treat you great, but once you sign your lease they change in everyway. Before I signed my lease they said they were going to fix the cracked tile. After 4 months they never came. So I went to the office and told them to fix the tile. They said it would cost to much. So I told them fix it. If I'm paying top dollar for an apartment it better be top of the line. But don't rent there.
Review from 10/19/17 on GoogleOct 2017: My boyfriend and I moved here and it's been such a PLEASANT move and adjustment! The staff is really friendly, maintenance is very prompt and responsible. The landscape of the community is beautiful, pool is very nice, also they are DOG FRIENDLY! We have a new dog, Kona and she loves going to the front office to see everyone and get a small treat! Courtney, Bradley, and Jasmine are very friendly and accommodating! If you want to get on the pest control just in case, they put your apartment number in the book in front of you! I had a package go missing because of whatever reason, Courtney was very prompt about resolving the issue so it does not happen again.

Apr 2017: I love my home! I have lived here for over 2 years now and plan on renewing again this year. The staff is great and they love my dog too. He drags me the office door every day for a treat. My apartment is huge and I love all the amenities they have. I heard they will be renovating soon and I'm super excited for the changes coming. The negatives are dog poop and parking. Mar 2017: I have lived here almost 2 years and I love my townhome! The property is going through some renovations and other things, but the staff has worked really hard to keep us updated. For our family the pet friendly policies (especially being able to bring our dog into the office for treats) and the amount of space in our home was very important. The really helpful office staff and maintenance were icing on the cake for us. As to the people with parking issues, I would suggest maybe talking to the office about a garage as that automatically gives you 2 spaces. While every complex has opportunities for improvement, I feel like the management here really tries to listen to the residents and *do something* about suggestions they receive. Maintenance concerns are taken care of expeditiously and the staff are kind and attentive.
The apartments are clean and well taken care of and the area is beautiful. The complex itself is very well maintained.
If I could change something it would be the pool hours, but I think it's pretty normal across all apartment complexes.
I highly recommend including this property in your search. If you go for a tour see Kristy, she's **awesome**.

I've lived here for 4 years and have had regular maintenance issues in my apartment (just as you would expect!) and they have always taken care of it, even if something would take a little longer they would just let me know and I don't throw a temper tantrum because if I lived in a house then I would have to deal with the SAME thing and also pay out of pocket. So I love that I can call the office and have them take care of it. As far as the office staff I have to say I haven't lived anywhere else where the staff gets so involved in the resident activities or where the staff remembers things about you or your family and show they truly care. I've been here for almost 6 months now and since the day I moved in I've had plumbing issues that causes my water bill to triple a month and leaves a sewer smell throughout the apartment. I've told them about this since the day I moved in and they've sent in people that don't know how to fix it. 6 months later I tell them the problem still happens and keep requesting a professional plumber but they always respond with "don't worry we'll open a new ticket to fix it". They take at least 3 weeks for them to show up even if the ticket says "urgent" and you call them.

Our one bedroom apartment for the price is huge compared to a lot of others around town! The complex is very well maintained as well. The amenities are clean and very nice! The pool area feels like your at a resort. The office staff the whole time here have been extremely helpful with our needs. Patty and Courtney are the usual people I deal with in the office and they are always so helpful! The only time we had a problem was with our AC when one night at 10pm it stopped blowing cold air. I contacted the maintenance person on call and our ac was blowing cold air within an hour! We were honestly surprised that it was handled so quickly!

Dec 2015: We are moving out of this place!!!! There is a guy that works in the maintenance department, (dark skinned muscular Hispanic guy). This guy keeps harassing my 14 year old daughter on her way to school in the morning. He calls his self riding his cart picking up garbage when in fact he is gawking at the residents daughters. He even almost hit a child with that cart one morning. I spoke to my neighbors about this and one of them a female said he was harassing her too until she told him that she would tell management.

Jul 2015: WARNING - DO NOT RENT HERE! This place may look really nice but remember that looks can be very deceiving. When I first moved in here it was like I moved into a fraternity house and now it appears that I live in Section 8 housing. Nobody has any respect for their neighbors. People are loud at all hours and if you have an apartment above garages well good luck getting any sleep. I'm woken up 1-2 times a night by discourteous people and loud screeching garage doors that shake your whole apartment. Oh and the trash people wake you up Monday through Friday just after 5am with their rattling carts bumping down the stairs. I've been told by the office staff that they cannot control the hours they come.

We were extremely happy with their customer service. It was first class all the way from Kristy Myers the manager to Rebeca the leasing manager. Also Courtney, Veronica and the assistant manager were amazing to my family. Requests were dealt with immediately, the maintenance staff were professional and very quick with any job. I would highly recommend this gated community especially if you have kids. They have a large quiet pool and a great gym with a basketball court next to it! Please if you are coming to Orlando 32828 this is the place to be.
