2 beds/1 bath apartment at Western Oaks from August to the end of October. My lease will end after October, so the sublease can continue to sign the contract if they want. The total rent is $/m for the whole apartment (2 rooms). The apartment also had a new HVAC system replacement recently, and also include a roofed parking spot. I will leave the washer/dryer for the sublease (in good condition), dining table, ☢ microwave, as well as reimburse the background checking fee when they pass.
The whole apartment was kept 🎇clean as it was family rent. It would be great for family or group of graduate students. Please don&#;t hesitate to contact me if you want to have a visit as well.
