Hello, I am subleasing my room at The Holly from May to August. It is a 3x3 bedroom and bathroom. I currently have one roommate and she won’t there this summer so you will have the whole apartment to yourself. The rent is $ but I will cover the utility bill (💡electricity) which gets pricey here at the Holly. May&#;s rent is covered, you will only have to pay for June and July.
