I live in a townhome apartment, the room is upstairs. I currently live with one roommate, a 👩 girl. Nobody lives in the room downstairs. the room has a private bathroom and 2 🚶 walk in closets with an additional linen and towel closet. The laundry room is upstairs right next to the bedroom. There is a trash valet system where you place your trash in a box outside the apartment and someone will pick it up. The apartment comes with a inch 📺 tvincluded in the living room and very nice appliances. There is a balcony/ porch. Parking is free. Plenty of visitor parking as well . 🏊 pool is huge and the clubhouse is amazing with lots of computers, study rooms, Starbucks coffee, and free printing. The gym is really good it is open /7 and in the back there is a trail with side🚶 walk to run!
